Haim Toeg is a technology executive with extensive and diversified international experience in high tech customer support, P&L management, business development  and general management.   He has extensive global leadership experience, driving consistency, quality and efficiency initiatives from idea to fruition and achieving measurable increases in margin, customer retention and satisfaction and efficiency.
Prior to founding Toeg Consulting, Haim has been Vice President, World-Wide Customer Support for BMC Software.  In this role he consolidated multiple geographically oriented teams into a single, cohesive organization using consistent processes and delivering a superior customer experience.
